Cancellation and rescheduling
Cancel at least 48 hours before the agreed start for a full refund, or reschedule once without charge. Cancellations between 24 and 48 hours receive a 50% refund. Fees are non-refundable for cancellation within 24 hours or a no-show, except where mandatory law or exceptional circumstances require otherwise.
Work already started
If you request immediate document review and then cancel, completed preparation time may be deducted from any refund. No purchased materials are normally required for our consultation service; if unusual third-party costs are approved in writing, they are non-refundable once incurred.
Service concerns
If Techforgepoint cancels and no suitable replacement time is agreed, you receive a full refund. If the delivered work materially departs from the confirmed scope, contact us within 14 days. We may correct the work, provide a proportionate partial refund or issue a full refund where the service has no usable value.
Requesting a refund
Email info@techforgepoint.digital with your name, appointment date and reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 10 working days; bank processing may take longer. Statutory withdrawal and consumer rights remain unaffected.
