The agreed confirmation defines the individual scope. We do not provide legal representation, regulated tax advice or an official social-security determination.
Client responsibilities
You must provide accurate, timely information and review notes for factual errors. You remain responsible for decisions, deadlines, applications and obtaining specialist advice. Guidance may change when facts or official rules change.
Fees, cancellation and delivery
Fees and included work are confirmed before booking. Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds follow our refund policy. Written materials are usually supplied within the stated service timeframe.
Intellectual property
Site text and consultation materials remain Techforgepoint intellectual property. Clients may use their personal written summary for their own employment matter and share it with their employer or professional adviser, but may not resell or publish it.
Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise, liability is limited to foreseeable direct loss caused by breach of the agreed service, up to the fee paid for that service. We are not liable for authority decisions, employer actions, missed deadlines outside our control or reliance beyond the stated scope.
Governing law
